  • Valentine’s Day wreaks havoc with PC residents, as two guest stars (Melissa Peterman and Derek Theler) from Baby Daddy visit to interact with Olivia and Sam in separate scenes.

  • ABC Family/Baby Daddy star Melissa Peterman guests as one of Olivia’s Bensonhurst pals from back in the day. She arrives to gossip about Ned.

  • Over at GH, Sam shows up for her date with Patrick, only to chat briefly with Patrick’s doctor pal Derek (Theler) while the neurosurgeon has to put out a medical fire.

  • But more important than the cross-over stunt-casting is the unmasking of Fluke, as well as the revelation of the sick Spencer family tree.

  • Sonny prevents any further harm to Ivy (who?), earning him a good guy status, which may stay his ass out of prison.

  • Instead of breaking the spell, Sonny’s heroism only serves to turn Michael into even more of an insufferable, sour-faced pill.

  • Sonny can’t believe his stupid luck. But Michael glowers like he’s on the rag.

  • Michael then asks Alexis what to do about this pesky problem.

  • Carly goes to check in on Sonny, but their relationship still feels out of sorts.

  • Nevertheless, Carly acts as the go-between with testy Michael and downtrodden Sonny. She does whatever she can to provoke Michael to leave his father alone, and let it go.

  • Elizabeth takes up her issues with Jake, feeling completely betrayed.

  • Jake takes Elizabeth’s verbal abuse, because he knows he wronged her terribly.

  • Ric conspires to drive Jake away, which annoys Elizabeth.

  • Elizabeth castigates Ric for his underhanded shenanigans.

  • Sam goes into detective mode to determine/prove the identity of the mastermind behind Jake’s brainwashed actions.

  • Helena tries to salvage a plot gone wrong by dangling a surefire bet before Tracy. Will Tracy take the lead?

  • Elizabeth and Lulu hit up Nikolas for the raw deal on Helena’s BS.

  • Nikolas works on Helena double-time for the goods.

  • Somehow, Sloan(e) figures into Helena’s disturbing but comprehensive mastermind. He’ll carry out her vision without anyone noticing the clues.

  • Lulu presses Scotty to do something about this, using the full resources at his disposal.

  • Lulu suffers from tremendous misgivings and second-guessing about Luke right now.

  • Things start to go haywire with Maxie and Nathan. Maybe this is not their year. It’s all because of Johnny dragging Maxie into his drama.

  • Nathan tries to get a bead on Johnny and Carlos, who remain at large.

  • Johnny throws himself on the mercy of Maxie, putting her in a bind. Against her better judgment, she extends Johnny every kindness.

  • When the opportunity arises, Maxie must tell Nathan what she did for Johnny, infuriating the detective and throwing a wrench in their works.

  • Now, Nathan doesn’t know how next to proceed.

  • Maxie finds herself aghast when this character openly cops to something.

  • The assistant DA follows up on a questionable break-in with Nathan, putting the detective through the wringer.

  • Anna’s comeback throws Sloan(e) off his game.

  • Ava may not be dead; she may, in fact, be lying in wait for a certain nurse to patch her up.

  • A surprise visitor for Morgan and Kiki reconfigures everything surrounding Avery.

  • Kiki is put on the defensive fast.

  • Kiki realizes she isn’t willing to relinquish custody of her sister, and so consults with Alexis for legal counsel to beef up her case.

  • Alexis and Ned do Valentine’s Day together, but there’s something missing, and they know it.

  • Ned sees Olivia again, and everything’s right in the world for them. They get over their bad blood quickly. She makes him smile.

  • Olivia relays the latest bulletin to Ned.

  • Alexis forgets all about Ned as she’s once again consumed with Julian. She has a reason to go goo-goo-gah-gah at this mobster who only has eyes for her.

  • Alexis is full of questions about the unlikely prison break ensemble.

  • Julian has gotten over his homophobia in record time. He gives Lucas full approval to pursue love at all costs.

  • True to her word, Nina remains devoted to a trippy Franco. Nothing pulls her astray.

  • To her credit, Nina tries to honor her pre-LSD oath to Franco.
