RECAST: Baby Leo coming back as a new baby

A fan reached out to ABC exec Nathan Varni on his facebook page inquiring about the unfortunate rumor that Olivia's baby (cutie pie baby Leo Falconeri) will be recast.

It seems the fans did not think the baby looked enough like his parents to carry this role. I find this silly.. he's an INFANT for heaven sake, his look will change! They could of gave him a year, then aged him like 10 years (like soaps so do well) and at that point have him resemble his parents more. Poor baby :( .

There is no word of what lucky baby will be taking over the role as the child of Olivia & Julian. Until then, let us remember the original little handsome Leo Falconeri..
