DUKE'S DEAD: Ian Buchanan opens up to Soap Opera Digest about his GH exit!

Ian Buchanan's Duke is officially the latest casualty of the mob war on GH, and Buchanan, who returned to the show in 2012, opened up to Digest about his exit.

"I’ll miss doing my work at the pace that we work there," he says. "I’ll miss the hair and makeup people and that camaraderie. I love all the crew, I really do. These are people I’ve known for 30 years. Finola[Hughes, Anna] and I have been very fortunate. GENERAL HOSPITAL was my first family as an actor and we had a great working relationship, and to go back and for she and I still to set the same standard for each other on a daily basis was just pretty remarkable, almost 30 years later."

It's been a long run and it seems our vets are starting to call it quits one by one.. Time for the new generation of GH to step it up! It's that time!
